Tom
and Bob Davis' combined construction careers add up to about 50 years,
45 million square feet of apartments, two million square feet of commercial
construction and an enviable reputation for conducting business in
a way that keeps clients and employees.
Clients
appreciate the personal attention. It's company policy to take only
what Tom and Bob can personally oversee. It means turning down some
work, but the resulting high quality at reasonable cost has created
a chain reaction of repeat business. And the steady work prevents
the common industry problem of turnover among experienced staff and
subcontractors.
Clients
also appreciate the company's unique bidding process. It sets up a
partnering solution situation from the beginning in which the owner
is represented in every aspect of the project, including the selection
of the subcontractors. The bid itself becomes a joint effort with
no mysteries, and the entire building process functions more smoothly.
Problems are seen together and solved together. Change orders are
kept to a minimum and surprises are virtually nonexistent.
Twice
in the last ten years Davis Brothers Construction has earned Golden Nugget Awards

"The Houston 100" fastest growing companies by The Houston
Business Journal in 1995.
Davis
Brothers Construction shows its appreciation by giving back to the community, especially
children, in the form of vigorous support for the Star of Hope Mission, Elves and More, The Montgomery County Fair Association and The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
They also founded and help support
The Mary Jane Hamilton Con Dios Foundation.
